Ordering and deliveries

Method of Refund
Distille product can be returned, and your credit card refunded, if goods are returned, unopened and in their original condition, within 7 days from receipt of goods. The credit card refunded, will be the credit card which you ordered with. The value of the Distille product will be refunded only, not the freight portion. Returning of product will be at customers expense. If the item retuned is damaged in transit we may not accept your return.

Delivery
All Australia shipments will be dispatched by Australia Post, within 48 hours of placing your order. Shipments within Australia will be charged at AU$8 (1-5 items to the same address) Most destinations in Australia will be within 7 working days. Remote destinations can take up to 14 working days.

Stock Availability
If for any reason stock is not available, a notice will appear informing you when the product you’re after will be back in stock, so you can return and order at a later date.

International Deliveries
Does not ship to USA or Canada.
All International orders will be dispatched within 48 hours of placing your order. Shipments made internationally will be charged at AU$25 per order.
All International deliveries must be signed for.

Distille cannot guarantee these exact shipping windows. Each shipment is different and will vary from Country to Country.
In some countries products may be undeliverable. If in the event this happens Distille will refund the value of the products to the customer.

Customs Declaration
A customs declaration must accompany all international shipments.

Exchange Rate
All international orders will be paid in AUD.

International Taxes and Duties
All imported goods are subject to assessment for import taxes and charges even if you imported those goods for your own use. Customers are required to carry out their own due diligence in relation to import taxes levied in/by their country. Distille will not be liable for any additional charges levied as a result of any import tax, which may be applied.

Track your order online
For International shipments, a consignment note number will be dispatched via email for your reference.
You can track the progress of the shipment at any time, via shipping companies website - tracking facilities.

Liability of Distille
Please check all your order details carefully before processing your order. Distille will not take responsibility for any product lost or stolen that is addressed incorrectly, due to miss information given on your order form.

Returns and Cancellations
Distille cannot offer a refund once the product has been opened and used.
Cancellations: Due to the order processing of our web site we cannot accept cancellations. Please make sure you select your products carefully.
